Value Begins With Strategy
Toksoz Global Advisory is a professional platform providing independent, project-based strategic advisory services in the fields of real estate, urban projects, urban conservation, and law. Its work is grounded in a multidisciplinary approach that addresses the legal, spatial, and managerial dimensions of investment and development processes, while integrating the principles of historic environment preservation and the sustainable management of cultural heritage.
The advisory approach is based on the integration of advanced academic expertise in law, urban studies, urban planning, and urban conservation, with extensive professional practice experience. Lead Advisor | Emine Toksöz
Emine Toksöz is a lawyer and strategic advisor who approaches law, urbanism, and cultural heritage from a holistic perspective, combining academic depth, long-standing legal practice, and international experience. Her work is primarily shaped around anticipating legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating sustainable value in real estate and urban projects.
She completed her legal education at Ankara University Faculty of Law and further developed her academic expertise at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University through graduate and doctoral studies in urban studies and urban conservation. Her academic work offers an analytical framework closely connected to practice, focusing on the intersection of urban law, property relations, urban rights, and conservation legislation.
Her international academic and professional perspective has been strengthened through the International Urban Regeneration Studies program conducted in collaboration with London South Bank University, as well as an LL.M. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. This background has provided her with strong comparative capabilities across different legal systems and urban policy approaches.
After many years of practicing as an attorney in Türkiye, she has provided legal advisory services particularly in real estate law, as well as in contracts, commercial, and corporate law. During this period, she developed a strategic advisory approach for projects involving real estate development processes, ownership structures, and complex legal relationships. Her professional experience in law firms in Georgia and New York has further enabled her to build a perspective that bridges Turkish and U.S. legal systems and is adaptable to international investment and project processes.
The advisory services she provides today are centered on legal foresight, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic decision support in real estate and urban projects, and are grounded in a reliable partnership approach that brings together academic knowledge and market realities.
This combined academic, professional, and international background forms the basis of a strategic, analytical, and trust-based advisory approach in real estate, urban projects, and legal process management.
